Absolutely. These journeys are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You donāt need experience, flexibility, or to feel āreadyā ā weāll start from where you are, with simplicity and care.
Do I have to be naked to practice with you?
No. Conscious nudity is just one of the options I offer, and only for those who choose it freely. You will never be asked to do anything that doesnāt feel right for you.
How do the sessions work?
Sessions are held online, live with me, or occasionally in person. Each journey is fully personalized ā we decide together how many sessions, how often, and what to focus on.
How long is a journey?
It depends on you. You can start with a single session or choose a multi-session path. Iāll help you understand whatās best based on your needs.
Do I need any equipment or a special space?
No special setup is required. A quiet space, a mat or blanket, and a stable internet connection are all you need. Iāll let you know if anything else is needed.
Can I gift a session to someone?
