Booking and Cancellation Policies

To ensure an organised space that respects everyone’s time, please read the following conditions carefully:

Booking
Sessions must be booked with a minimum 24 hours’ notice.
It is not possible to book a session on the same day of the appointment.


Cancellation or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.


Late changes, refunds and date changes

If a request to change or cancel the appointment is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is considered confirmed, the payment is non-refundable and the date cannot be changed.
In general, a paid session is non-refundable, but it can be postponed (rescheduled to a different date), as long as the 24-hour notice is respected.

By booking a session, you automatically accept these conditions.
