What is naked yoga with me

The naked body is often seen as something to hide or judge.  


In this journey, I will guide you with gentleness and respect to live a deep experience of freedom, listening, and acceptance.
It’s not an “extreme” or outside-the-rules practice: it’s an intimate space to rediscover yourself, as you are, without pressure, without needing to prove anything.

With me, conscious nudity becomes:

  • An act of love towards yourself

  • A safe space to let go of shame, judgment, and rigidity

  • A return to your body, to your breath, to the truth of who you are

Why Practice Yoga Without Clothes

Yoga without clothes combines all the benefits of traditional yoga movement, breathing, presence
with the profound experience of conscious nudity.

It is a practice that helps you feel freer, more connected and more authentic. It is not a provocation, nor a fad.

It is a natural way to get back in touch with your body, without barriers, without filters, without judgement.

When you take off your clothes, you also take off many expectations: about how you should look,
about what you should be. You remain yourself, exactly as you are.

And perhaps for the first time, you see yourself. This creates a powerful space for acceptance,

Booking and Cancellation Policies

To ensure an organised space that respects everyone’s time, please read the following conditions carefully:

Booking
Sessions must be booked with a minimum 24 hours’ notice.
It is not possible to book a session on the same day of the appointment.


Cancellation or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.


Late changes, refunds and date changes

If a request to change or cancel the appointment is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is considered confirmed, the payment is non-refundable and the date cannot be changed.
In general, a paid session is non-refundable, but it can be postponed (rescheduled to a different date), as long as the 24-hour notice is respected.

By booking a session, you automatically accept these conditions.
